Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with us. Please accept my sincere apologies that we disappointed you. The L87 recall you are referring to is a bit more complicated than the typical recall. In this case, because it impacts so many vehicles, General Motors is opening up the recall in stages. The reason for this is they don't have the inventory of engines to open up the recall for all the vehicles at one time. Additionally, the dealer network would not be able to offer the best experience for our customers if they were overwhelmed with a large quantity of these recalls at one time. In your case, the recall is visible for your vehicle but it is not yet in "open" status, in order for it to be completed. You will receive a notification from General Motors directly when it's time for your vehicle to be inspected for the recall. And we would be happy to assist you in completing the process at that time. Again, our apologies for not explaining this in more detail during your visit.
