Chuck the general manager was very professional and accommodating after a very long and stressful purchase. After several service visits to Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville and another Ford dealership out o accommodating after a very long and stressful purchase. After several service visits to Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville and another Ford dealership out of state, the issue was finally rectified. Over the course of about 3 weeks, Chuck went above and beyond what most dealers do or even consider doing, and this is likely because of Gary Yeomans' (And Chuck's) ethics and customer service mentality. I was initially very frustrated with Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville, however, after everything was said and done, I can honestly say I would recommend them. Even if minor mistakes or unforeseen issues, the team at Gary Yeomans Ford did everything they could within their reasonable power to make things whole. Thank you guys, my family is enjoying the new vehicle. More

I'm not sure where to start. From the poor and careless repair shop. Misinformation about the new vehicle I traded mine in for. The used "new" vehicle i was sold with 1400 miles From the poor and careless repair shop. Misinformation about the new vehicle I traded mine in for. The used "new" vehicle i was sold with 1400 miles and scratched interior/paint plus the absolute disgusting condition (spilled chocolate milk, crumbs, peanut shells etc) that it was in when I received it. They did take that one back and put us in another 2025 Ford expedition active. 2 weeks later I discovered paint defects on that vehicle and brought it to their attention. There were 4 places. They "fixed" only one of them after having the vehicle for about a week. The only spot they did "fix" was half xxx done and over sprayed onto the door jam which indicates they did not try to properly repaint the door. After bringing that to their attention we went to the dealership where they wanted to find another model to bring in. I told them we would find one on their lot. We picked one out (same active edition) with a few more features some of which were supposed to be on the first vehicle I was sold and it did not have. They then ran me up and down a finance ladder and ended up stripping my 7 years wheel and tire warranty, the 5 years free maintenance plan and even went as far to ask me if there was any other warranty they could remove to take down the payment instead of eating it themselves. We did end up with the one we picked out the 3rd time but this was handled very poorly and we were treated as if it was our problem not theirs. As the customer I should not have lost any of my warranties due to a slight price difference on the vehicle we chose since we were only in that situation because of the poor sales/repair/body shop. This was by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had and ended up with a payment way higher than we had originally agreed to the 1st time with less warranties. Hope this helps the next person looking to buy a Ford in knoxville TN. Donnell is not the salesman responsible but he is the one who delivered the 3rd vehicle to my house and I have nothing but good things to say about the way he handled that situation. More
