Your service department is simply pitiful. You should be ashamed to let such runaway train of nonsense operate at your dealership. Your service managers do it respond to texts, or voicemails. I even left 2 voicemails for your pathetic service manager over a 48 hour period and have yet to receive a call back.y truck died 4 days after leaving your service department. Open door inspecting under the hood I found a loose nut riding on top of the battery that your tech overlooked. I’m Mayes’s of taking my truck back to your dealership to fix the mess, but went to Register Chevrolet. Maybe you could get a job there to see how a dealership is supposed to be operated. They have always been awesome and exceeded my expectations. I assumed that my GMC truck would receive superior service at a GMC dealer, boy was I wrong. The pain did not stop after the work was complete, the was forced to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while your joke of a cashier took her sweet time getting ready to take my money. There was a line 3 people deep waiting for her for return from smoke break or wherever she was. Funny thing is, a good friend knew I had my truck serviced at your dealership and he owns a Denali 2500. He asked me if I would recommend your dealership, he told him no way, take your truck to Register Chevy. Truly disappointed in your company. More
