I made an appointment with the service department to have my vehicle serviced. The appointment was for 11:00 AM. The car was dropped off at 10:00 AM. I stopped by about 3:00 PM in the afternoon and was to my vehicle serviced. The appointment was for 11:00 AM. The car was dropped off at 10:00 AM. I stopped by about 3:00 PM in the afternoon and was told that the oil change and tire rotation was completed ant the electrical problem was being worked on at that time. I received a call from the service department at 5:00 PM to say that the vehicle servicing was completed. The service overall was great but the time to complete the service was a bit too long since I made an appointment. More
