If I could give this guy 0 stars I totally would. He literally told me I "should've gotten a car that F****** worked" and laughed at me. they had my vehicle for almost a full year for a motor replace He literally told me I "should've gotten a car that F****** worked" and laughed at me. they had my vehicle for almost a full year for a motor replacement. They lied to me a bunch of times about what was even going on with my vehicle. At this point I am definitely owed compensation for the loss of income that my wife suffered during this whole period of time they had my vehicle. I removed my vehicle from the premises and took it to a dodge dealership in Joplin MO, and they had it fixed within 2 months. I am still waiting to hear back from Jason Hoee on how they are going to make it right but Im not going to hold my breath on that by any means. I could keep going and going about all the issues and whatnot but I'm sure y'all get the gist of it. Definitely not recommended to bring your vehicle here to get serviced. you may not get your vehicle back for a year. Oh, and while I was in line trying to get my vehicle back, I talked to another customer who was retrieving their vehicle from a motor swap due to the motor being blown. they only had his car for 3 weeks. The only good interaction I had while retrieving my vehicle on Aug 4 2025 was the sales manager came out and calmed me down after Ty Turney said what he said to me. that was it nothing else was good about dealing with these people. And yes Jason Hoee I am still waiting patiently for any kind of response to the proposed course of action to make this right. More

I was promised a repair tile of 3-4 hours and it became a little over 4 days. They then agreed to driver my vehicle to me and I discovered when I got an alert from my GPS tracker when I got home that my truc little over 4 days. They then agreed to driver my vehicle to me and I discovered when I got an alert from my GPS tracker when I got home that my truck was driven at over 80 MPH by the guy who was driving my truck. After review of my dash camera footage, those speeds were reached in a 60MPH zone. In Arkansas this is a Class-C misdemeanor. I tried reaching the service manager and the general manager but was never contacted back. I was actually told by the lady answering the phone that the GM doesn’t deal with these kinds of calls…… do better and don’t use your customer’s vehicles in the commission of a crime! More

My car was there for months waiting on repairs. The warranty company sent multiple requests to the service department over the course of 3 weeks and they were all unanswered. We only received updates on the status of the repair when we asked. When the parts finally arrived 3 months later, it took the tech 3 more weeks to get to the repair. When we finally picked up the car, the repairs weren't done correctly and we had to return it immediately. We did not get an update for 2 days. We were promised the vehicle would be ready the following day. We checked in that morning to be sure it would be ready later that day and were assured it would. When we arrived at the end of the day, the repair had not been started and we were told to come back the next day. Unfortunately, this isn't our first terrible experience with a McLarty Daniel service department. Customer service is nonexistent and we will not return. More
