This dealership fails to properly take care of your vehicle. Bought a brand new vehicle and at 20,000 miles they suggested to rotate my tires and never did a balance. This is now causing my tires to we vehicle. Bought a brand new vehicle and at 20,000 miles they suggested to rotate my tires and never did a balance. This is now causing my tires to wear differently and costing us brand new tires at only 20,000 miles. When trying to contact a manager it took days and they don’t care to contact you to fix the problem. Needless to say I wont be taking my vehicle back unless it’s something that’s covered over the warranty. Awful customer service. More

Overall Turnover I own a VW Jetta and have gone through 3 Volkswagens. I purchased at the location off 16th St & Camelback. My friend wanted a Jetta for some time afte I own a VW Jetta and have gone through 3 Volkswagens. I purchased at the location off 16th St & Camelback. My friend wanted a Jetta for some time after he drove mine and he fell in love with it. I don't blame him, I LOVE my Jetta and my previous ones. He was living in Avondale when his car stopped functioning & decided it was time for a new car. He asked me to go with him and I drove 35 Miles from my home to go get him and take him here as requested. We looked and I told him don't hop into any car just because its pretty. Well he has a fondness for Diesl Engines. He was shown one and he fell in love with it & I have to admit, it was quite nice & he was offered a good 'Deal'. It was listed as a "Certified Pre-Owned" Jetta. Apparently he didn't "Sign the box to make it offically Certified" ????? I owned a Certified Pre-Own previously, there was no extra "Box" to sign to make it offical considering it was inspected and deemed by the COMPANY INSPECTORS. I was blown away. Within 6 months, 4 things had failed. He was told during his first Oil Change his 'Fuel Filter' needed to be replaced and that would cost around $200.. Then his charger port went out, I already knew it was the fuse that went out. When he went in to talk to someone about the fuel thing, he asked if they could just change that. They wanted to run a "Diagnostic" to determind if that was the issue. Not including the $3 part to do it.. Then told him if it was the fuse it would cost $35 to do so.. Then his battery. It was a 2016 battery Duracell 12V 8AH.. In AZ, most batteries don't last more than 3 years due to the excessive heat, let alone a $40 battery. You can purchase a $200 battery but that doesn't mean it'll work. All dealerships know if its over 2.5 years, it should just be replaced. But it wasn't. My dealership (16th&Camelback) has NOT once charged me for anything other than tires. I don't even own a certified pre-own anymore. They just know that I love my car and take care of it and bring people if I'm happy. Not sure if my friend or I would be happy to come back here. When we came in after the battery problem (I drove him there) we waited about 2 hours for someone to come talk to us. After a while we were approaced by a gentleman named Larry (Not the owner) and we presented what has been going on and he said he was going to go back and review his contract. He came back and told us that the owner had not signed "The box that makes it certified" (Hence why I was confused prior because I didnt have to sign a box) and that "There was absolutely nothing he would do for us" therefore saying "Well you're stuck and I won't try to do anything" (Maybe it's because my firend is fully tattooed as am I) then the Sales Manager came by, my friend was really frustrated at this point because of the remark. We were then offered he would put him in a new car for maybe $30 more a month; sounds reasonable. We tested out a car and he was all for it. Turns out, it would be $120 more a month not including GAP. We had expressed we could not exceed the price we had stated. We were given an ultimaton, take the only car they're offering or stay in the car that isn't what was sold to us and became a shady deal and isn't functioning and keeps having problems come up. My friend ended up trading in his car for a newer Volkswagen because he was in a contract and was offered a deal that kinda made up for things. It just sucks the way things were handled to begin with. My friend was Really frustrated and I don't blame him. I will say the way he went about it was not okay but if they were put in the situation I'm sure they would not be the happiest people there either. More
