Overall was a very smooth and easy process. The only “issues” we had were non issues really. The vehicle was one of their budget vehicles so they said it’s sold as is. But the things that were broken weren’t disclosed in the description and weren’t visible in pictures. Thankfully the parts were affordable and relatively easy for us to fix on our own. Also we got there about 4:30 and wanted to buy the car that day but the salesman was hesitant to work with us to make that happen. When I was asking if they could do an ACH or e-check from my bank he said he didn’t know. Then said we don’t have enough time. So we did have to drive another hour back the next day with the check. Which was inconvenient but overall I’m really happy with the vehicle and the employees. And Scott that did the final paperwork with us was very friendly and make it a fast smooth process. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy with the extra things they always offer. I politely declined and he moved on to the next things quickly. I’ve had other dealerships be very pushy with these things. I do recommend this dealership. More

Doug was great from his first reply to my on-line inquiry, to arranging a deal 100% on-line that was good for both of us, to greeting us and describing the car, and to suggesting a common sense solut inquiry, to arranging a deal 100% on-line that was good for both of us, to greeting us and describing the car, and to suggesting a common sense solution to an issue we discovered with the car that allowed us not to have to return a long distance to have the car serviced.
