After driving over two hours to get to Twin Falls there were no surprises, the numbers were exactly what Doug told me over the phone. Doug was very laid back but attentive, friendly, professional, and there were absolutely no games and no hassles. Doug (and Jorge in finance) had everything prepared when we got there and we were in and out in a very short time, I would classify this purchase as quick and easy!
