Champion Porsche provides "THE" best service experience! The service starts when driving into the facility with the valet who takes the keys and lets the service advisor know you are there. Doug Parman is The service starts when driving into the facility with the valet who takes the keys and lets the service advisor know you are there. Doug Parman is our service advisor and is always amazing to work with. Doug if very professional, knows our cars, our driving styles, and our personalities. He always helps us find an appointment meeting our needs, keeps us advised with regard to what our cars need when in the service department, provides a loaner when needed and keeps us apprised of the progress of our cars. Doug is very upfront and provides factual and actual advice. I love the video Champion takes when you drip off the car and especially love the video from the technician as he walks around the car, takes video, and describes what he is seeing and if anything needs attention. The system Champion uses enable work to be approved online and payments to be made before arriving to pick up the car. It makes the entire process much easier and more efficient. The sales department, particularly Jimmy Hahn is terrific as well, the big differentiator is the service department, particularly Doug Parman. Thanks Champion! More
