1. Price on wrong truck out of the gate. 2. After agreement to finance a potion of the price in exchange for a $2000 price reduction, the reduction mostly went away and financing stayed. Lack of hone agreement to finance a potion of the price in exchange for a $2000 price reduction, the reduction mostly went away and financing stayed. Lack of honesty. 3. Initial Deal quote singed, asked to see it again to compare to a request to sign a new quote approximately 10 min later. “It’s already in the shredder”. The original quote had a vehicle price $2000 lower then the 2nd quote. No one would admit the screw up. Lack of transparency and honesty. 4.Three times it was requested for spouse to be added to new title, and even provided identification for that purpose. After all paperwork created and financing approval, spouse not listed. This is a complete screw up and lack of communication. 5. Fin Mgr insisted the new vehicle title had to perfectly match the trade-in title. This is NOT law; to add a middle initial or full name is absolutely allowed by all State departments as long as a the same person is identified. This is a misconception and a lack of flexibility to satisfy customers simply to get a name fully listed to avoid confusion with similar names. More
