We had a wonderful experience with our purchase from Gay Family Kia. From start to finish, the entire team made us feel welcome, respected and completely at ease. Mike was fantastic. He took his time to Family Kia. From start to finish, the entire team made us feel welcome, respected and completely at ease. Mike was fantastic. He took his time to thoroughly explain the vehicle, and all of his features, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. The finance manager was also incredibly helpful and kind, carefully walking us through financing and warranty options without any pressure. They truly took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. I highly recommend the dealership- great customer service. More
