Prior to arriving at the dealership, Mr. Dotson was in contact with us regarding our appointment. Once we arrived, he was top tier. He knew my name, and was so professional and polite. He had the ultimate knowledge of the vehicle, as we purchased a Kia from another dealership, and had to YouTube how to utilize the features as we were not shown. The little touches such as asking if we would like water on a warm day to offering to drive us over to the finance department meant so much. Knowing that he had intimate knowledge of the Kia Sportage we selected, not simply because it was his job, but because a member of his own family has the vehicle, sealed the deal for us. We felt like we were not only buyers and everything was about the transaction, but were treated like family with Dr. Mike really working to help us make the best functional fit, best financial fit, and best safety fit.This is the first time I have ever enjoyed purchasing a vehicle!
