This was my first time at Krouse Family Hyundai. From the moment I walked in they Dylan was very welcoming and very professional! I knew that I was going to have a long wait due to things that I had From the moment I walked in they Dylan was very welcoming and very professional! I knew that I was going to have a long wait due to things that I had asked to be updated. I was able to set up with Wi-Fi and my computer and worked for several hours in a very quiet and clean environment. My car was finished in the time they estimated and everything was done to my satisfaction. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to that dealership when I need more service work done. More

Extremely pleased with the dealership, the staff, and especially, the service advisor: Dylan Collins, for his excellent customer service skills. He made an otherwise scary experience of breaking down 10 especially, the service advisor: Dylan Collins, for his excellent customer service skills. He made an otherwise scary experience of breaking down 1000 miles away from home, tolerable. He kept me up to date with the service being performed and even helped out with the request my insurance company was asking for to request reimbursement for the repair. It was truly refreshing to be able to continue on with our much needed vacation knowing that our car was in excellent hands. We were even driven to Enterprise to pick up a rental. Thank you so very much. More

The dealership took care of my situation from the second I called. Very friendly and eager to help. I had a recall on my motor and got it repaired with no issues. Took 3 trips to dealership to get it fixed. Dealership is one hour away. And then a week in the shop. For a new car that is a bit much I think but at lest it is repaired now.
