After dropping off my vehicle, I had a very difficult time getting in touch with anyone for updates. I was informed that several things weren’t working — including my interior lights, exterior lights, and horn — but all of them were actually working just fine. I also had some general questions about the recommended repairs, but again, it was hard to get in contact with someone who could provide clear answers. Despite this, I want to be fair — I’ve had multiple good experiences at this location in the past, so I won’t let this one visit overshadow all the others.
