Went to this dealership for the price, what a mistake, the service I received was horrible. Should have gone to Community Honda. When we were greeted by the sales man he did not even identify himself, t the service I received was horrible. Should have gone to Community Honda. When we were greeted by the sales man he did not even identify himself, then proceeds to tell us that the 2025 Honda CRv that I called about trim/color was not available, gives us higher trim to test drives, and then when we return has the one I wanted out. Said I was ready to purchase and during the so call negotiation, “you know the one were the salesperson has to go speak to the Manager” for a better price another customer comes in and is waiting for him, he excuses himself to talk to them, after 15 minutes, I said is there somebody else who could help us, (Wagner Santizo) he said “Well you know it is Saturday” Wow! Then he gave us a guy by the name of Ed B, who was unaware of the finance procedures, because he made us wait over 90 minutes, while we watched other customers head to finance before us. Finally got in with finance where, Rich J. who is another deer in the headlights, blamed our 90 minute wait with the so call “managers” who moved my file. Next I was transferring the plates and told the registration sticker would be in around 3 weeks. No call and 6 weeks go by so I called and called for 3 days leaving messages, the girl answering the phones does not seem to know what she is doing there. Then got a call that my sticker was ready….stop in on May 23rd to get my sticker and nobody knew where it was, finally Rich comes out with it has my sign two papers and then procedures to cut off my sticker and take my registration, I had to ask for my registration from a dealership. Think twice before going to this dealer, remember you get was you paid for. Almost forgot...you know how the dealership usually goes through your new car operating features....well I got 0, nobody showed us any feature at all. More

I was able to buy a car very quickly. I was quoted a price on the phone and went in to do the paperwork only. With the trade-in and all, I was in and out of there in 90 minutes. Costco pricing and prearranged arrangements over the phone were honored at the dealership without issue. Friendly and knowledgeable salesman (Ed) made everything easy to understand. My ex-husband actually ended up buying a brand new 2023 Honda CRV with my absolute favorite salesperson Ed B. after some negotiating and getting an excellent deal thanks to Milan V.! Richard J., in Finance, totally ROCKED as well. This all happened while my blue-tiful 2019 Honda CRV was being serviced. Laughing and smiling as I am typing this review. I absolutely LOVE this place! More

I came in to the dealership to trade in my old car for a new one. I have always been a fan of Honda. I had an appointment with Ed, however, he was busy with some clients. He was however kind enough to talk new one. I have always been a fan of Honda. I had an appointment with Ed, however, he was busy with some clients. He was however kind enough to talk to another sales person named Kirk. Kirk helped through lot of the initial stages and helped with the many options in front of me. He was patient enough to accommodate all of my questions and sometime provided with alternatives. By the end of the discussion, I was less confused in my choices than when I first entered the dealership. The choices put forth were very clear and I was able to make a call as soon as possible. Once finalized my decision, I worked with Ed to get my papers sorted and he was very helpful. He made the rest of the purchasing a more easier job. Thanks to Kirk and Ed, i was able to purchase the new car with as little hassle as possible. More

LIFESAVERS!!!! My husband and I decided to spend our LIFESAVERS!!!! My husband and I decided to spend our Black Friday/Small Business Saturday here because we needed a replacement vehicle for my recent LIFESAVERS!!!! My husband and I decided to spend our Black Friday/Small Business Saturday here because we needed a replacement vehicle for my recently stolen van. From the moment we walked in, Ed Borm was truly heaven sent. He answered our million and one questions with a smile and with honesty. We never once felt pressured or bullied into making a purchase. He was extremely genuine and caring. We began looking at a van on Black Friday but had to leave because of a family situation. But he assured us that he would set it aside for us and would be there whenever we decided to return. We returned the next day (Small Business Saturday) and again, he was there to make sure we were completely satisfied with our decision to buy it before we even began any paperwork. Again we never felt for a second that he was pressuring us or was trying to pull a fast one on us. He was honest and we felt as if we had known him for years. He also made sure that any concerns wr had with the vehicle were checked and fixed. He went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations for a sales man. As we waited for the paperwork to clear, we ran into a little trouble with financing but then Justin came into our lives and became our second guardian angel. He did everything in his power and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we needed, without drowning us in debt. He was able to do some early Christmas magic and helped us get approved at a great rate!! He also gave us his honest opinions on what we needed and didn't need. We also bonded over our love of our furbabies! Honestly we couldn't be more happier with our purchase! Ed and Justin are amazing guys!! They are super friendly and just all around great guys!!! We are definitely coming back for any future purchase or vehicle servicing! This place really is family owned, family oriented and has this family's approval!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Ask for Ed, you won't be disappointed!! More
