I have a ram 2500 that when in for a motor repair under warranty, 4 month ago and still nit completed, there always some source of an excuse for this truck not been ready, their consumer service is not goo warranty, 4 month ago and still nit completed, there always some source of an excuse for this truck not been ready, their consumer service is not good at all, we supposed to get updates and they never call you back must times when I call they are in a meting or not available to answer my concerns. I'm very disappointed with the service I had received, they I had to report them to the costumer service care a month and half ago and still no improvement. I'm very upset with this situation. paying for a rental and the truck payments. I will definitely think twice before I buy another Dodge vehicle. More
