We were looking at a car at Priority and a car at another local dealership. We had to leave a message at both dealerships. Priority was prompt, responsive, professional and friendly (and not pushy at all) local dealership. We had to leave a message at both dealerships. Priority was prompt, responsive, professional and friendly (and not pushy at all) and we have yet to get a call back from the other dealership. From beginning to end our experience at Priority was a great experience. More

Priority put a Ridgeline on their website and I was dropping our jeep off for an oil change, and went to look at the car. I talked to one of their sales people and they said the car had not been proce dropping our jeep off for an oil change, and went to look at the car. I talked to one of their sales people and they said the car had not been processed yet so I couldn't take it on a test drive. So I made an appointment for Wednesday to see the car. It still hadn't been processed. I was assured that It would be available Sat morning so if I got there first thing I would have first crack at it. So after stringing me along for a week they sold it to an employee on Friday. I can't really blame the employee for wanting to buy it. It looked in excellent condition. But once they advertised it on their website, the employee should not have been able to buy it before the general public. More
