I was livid after contacting my local Chevrolet dealer AND the dealership about an hour away that I purchased my vehicle from last year due to an issue with my remote start using the app. After contactin AND the dealership about an hour away that I purchased my vehicle from last year due to an issue with my remote start using the app. After contacting the local one, I was rudely spoken to, so I then called the dealer about an hour away that I purchased my 2025 from and was also spoken rudely to. I had been told that Akins had opened one in Commerce. I dealt with Brad Akin years ago when me and my husband bought cars on the same day. And then a couple more times and I KNEW if this Akins Chevrolet had anything to do with Akins Ford...they would take care of me. Well, it is the same people. Drew at Akins Chevrolet helped me. He was super nice, super polite and told me the part I needed may take a while, that was before Christmas. I advised him I did not mind waiting (BECAUSE HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED ME AS A VALUED CUSTOMER). It is the second week of January and he called today. I have my appointment set up!!
