Thid has been the worst experience i’ve had. I’ve taken my car to be serviced at lost pines 2x already but the most recent one topped it off. My advisor was not only a bit rude but towards the e I’ve taken my car to be serviced at lost pines 2x already but the most recent one topped it off. My advisor was not only a bit rude but towards the end he just handed me the key and told me to go that he would “figure” out the paper work afterwards. I went to my car and it still had the flag that they put on the window…. I asked a guy walking by what I could with it and he just said he would take it and apologized for the other guy. From the start my advisor looked as if he didn’t want to be there.. More

My recent visit to Lost Pines Toyota went very well. Mr. Cooke - the Service Director, took care of me and made sure his staff took care of me. He was very friendly and helpful. Also a part of this g Mr. Cooke - the Service Director, took care of me and made sure his staff took care of me. He was very friendly and helpful. Also a part of this good service was Brian Murry - Service Advisor. To top it off, the gentleman who sold me the truck, Beau Pantania, saw me drive up and came made a point to come outside to say hello. All of these three gentlemen made me feel welcome. Thank you!! The best auto dealership I have ever seen, hands-down. And the service department’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction goes well beyond the expected: while I was there yesterday, a service tech And the service department’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction goes well beyond the expected: while I was there yesterday, a service technician added water to some cut flowers in a customer’s car, so they wouldn’t wilt while she waited. I’ve been using this service department for more than fifteen years, and can’t believe my luck that Lost Pines Toyota is in my neighborhood. More
