We stopped in at BMW of Cincinnati North one morning without a appointment. Brad Schultz greeted my wife and I at the door and was most cordial but not at all pushy. Our purchase, from wherever that may be, was for my wife. After a long line of Lincoln cars and suv's, she wanted a sedan. Ford/Lincoln no longer builds a car other than the Mustang. She has also owned a few of those in the past. Our first foray into a non-Ford purchase after 49 years was near. Brad was sensitive to our apprehensions. He went to great length to supply my wife with a car that met her wants completely for a test drive. Only took 3 to satisfy her. Sales Manager Ed Besl had a hand also. Alise did a great job teaching the car's controls with Clay Moreland handling the F&I with care. Thanks again to them all. If our first BMW is as satisfying as the sales experience we will definitely return. More

I've worked with Brad Schultz (Salesman) for my last two cars (3 years), and Ed Besl (Sales Manager) for over 20 years. Both are real professionals and willing to work with you on any request. I had a lease cars (3 years), and Ed Besl (Sales Manager) for over 20 years. Both are real professionals and willing to work with you on any request. I had a lease return that we had discussed for probably 8 months and they hit me up with a great deal (what I look for) on a great new ride at the optimal time. Brad even came in on his day off to make this work and found a car that would fit the incentive program ending that day. I picked up a new lease and Ed was able to work out the most advantageous way (for me) to do a turn in, i.e., buyout/trade in the old lease rather than return, 7x security deposit to drop the cost, get all the rebates ending that day, and a fair value on my two trade ins. Will also say that service is very professional, always a loaner for a drop off, respectful of my time, and good work. Lastly, Chrystal Harrison in finance was top notch. I have another dealership a couple miles closer, but the folks mentioned and the dealership are what you expect when you buy/lease a BMW. Keep it up guys. More
