Jaelin was out of town, but Ed did a great job in getting me in a vehicle that I needed. Jaelin also was great at communicating my situation with Ed. I found a car online that I loved, but I didn't realistically think I'd be able to make it work with my tight budget. I also had a car with sentimental value that I needed to sell or trade-in first realistically think I'd be able to make it work with my tight budget. I also had a car with sentimental value that I needed to sell or trade-in first. I made the appt for a test drive anyhow, and Jaelin and Peter made the process smooth and stress free from the get-go. They not only got creative and made it work within my budget, but also presented me with a super fair offer for my trade-in (that didnt break my heart!). I'm really grateful that everyone at Beaver Mitsubishi was so chill and helpful. Now my family has a way safer and more stylin' vehicle for the next chapter of our adventures! More
