Buyer beware! I was sold a 2018 Chevy Silverado with 87,000 miles through their used card department after driving it for 2400 miles not even far enough to get my I was sold a 2018 Chevy Silverado with 87,000 miles through their used card department after driving it for 2400 miles not even far enough to get my first oil change in which they said they fully serviced the vehicle before they let it off a lot, the torque converter had gone and the truck needed a new transmission. I was past the 30 day thousand mile warranty and a warranty that I had purchased outside had not kicked in. when I brought it back to them for a diagnosis and to see what was going on, not only did they falsely diagnose the issue they told me unfortunately there is nothing they could do for me because it was outside of the thousand mile 30 day warranty. As a disabled person on a fixed income when I purchased this vehicle, they were happy to take my money.Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership, especially outside of its making models sold because their mechanics are lost. Thank God if you purchase a new car from them, it comes with the warranty because you’re gonna need it. More
