I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Audi Henderson or Elias Monge.Having been a long term loyal customer of Audi Henderson,for around 15 years, the unconscionable treatment I have received i Henderson or Elias Monge.Having been a long term loyal customer of Audi Henderson,for around 15 years, the unconscionable treatment I have received is unacceptable and quite shocking given my loyalty and the Audi brand and reputation.Over those 15 years I have purchased two new vehicles and one used Audi, spending likely well over $100,000. Audi’s failure to disclose known defects and it appears that it could constitute deceptive business practices related to my new 2025 Audi. These include persistent and unresolved radio/MMI failures since purchase and the piston skirt defect that Audi has acknowledged through a post-sale warranty extension three months after purchase. Collectively, these issues possibly raise significant consumer protection and safety concerns. In my opinion Audi’s conduct concerns me and possibly constitutes, without limitation and affects a reasonable consumer’s purchasing decision, the following: Failure to disclose a known $2,000 rebate by Elias Monge. Failure to disclose damage to a brand new car leaving me to find it on my own, despite their pre-delivery checklist confirming it was free of any and all damage. * Potential deceptive and unfair trade practices * Sale of a vehicle not conforming to reasonable consumer expectations * Diminished value and loss of use * Safety and reliability risks associated with a known engine defect Ongoing Defects and Failure to Repair- From the outset of ownership, the vehicle has suffered from persistent radio/MMI failures, including intermittent loss of audio, black screens, and erratic system behavior occurring throughout the day. Despite multiple service visits and many phone calls expressing my frustration with their answer as "we have no fix or maybe software that will fix the problem", the dealership repeatedly documented the vehicle as “operating as designed” or claimed the issue could not be duplicated, even though the defect remained constant and ongoing. No permanent repair has been provided and they finally said with Audi Connect, the car's wi-fi, it is normal that the radio will intermittently cut in and out. When the radio cuts out it repeats the exact same thing that was said immediately before it cut out. All of this is not normal and they are saying this as a matter of fact, as if it is normal, and there is no fix for it other than not subscribing to Audi Connect, that is a very desirable and functional feature of my luxury car. What is the point of having a feature that causes another problem they can't fix and say is normal. This is not acceptable.or normal. Post-Sale Disclosure of Engine Defect- Several months after purchase, Audi issued a letter extending warranty coverage for potential piston skirt failure from a defect in material and/or workmanship. This post-sale disclosure deprived me of the opportunity to make an informed purchasing decision and does not cure the original non-disclosure. The defect presents ongoing safety, reliability, and catastrophic engine failure concerns and materially diminishes the value and safe use of the vehicle causing me to feel unsafe and fearful to drive long distance or out of state, affecting it's use and limiting my personal and professional life.The dangers and safety issues are well documented over the years. Well documented issue also appears to include a class action law suit. Neglect and disregard from Audi Henderson's General Manager- Peter Apostolov and other employee- I sent two emails requesting a phone call from Peter and made a phone call to speak with only him directly and I have been totally ignored, with no response at all from him. Also, I requested corrected repair orders from Brice McNeely, that were not written completely accurately by the service department and I still have not received the corrected orders, despite requesting them weeks ago by emails and made 4 or more phone calls requesting a return call. No response. More

Elias Monge is the Sales Associate you should ask for when visiting Audi Henderson. I've bought 2 RS3's and a S5 in the past 3 years from this dealership and Elias helped me get car of my dreams each tim when visiting Audi Henderson. I've bought 2 RS3's and a S5 in the past 3 years from this dealership and Elias helped me get car of my dreams each time. He answers all your questions and fulfills all your concerns and needs. Audi Henderson is a Family owned business that is part of the Findlay Auto Group, and they treat you like family from the moment you enter the showroom or enter the service drive. Elias was easily the most professional and no pressure salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with at any dealership. Even if my next car purchase isn't another Audi, i would consider it just so salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with at any dealership. Elias was very friendly, helpful and professional. Didn't mess around or try to upsell us. We showed up and he asked how he could help. We told him the vehicle we were interested in (based upon our Didn't mess around or try to upsell us. We showed up and he asked how he could help. We told him the vehicle we were interested in (based upon our online search) and he said he'd pull it around. Took it for a test drive and made an offer. They countered and we gave our final price we were comfortable with and the Sales Manager (Geoff) signed off. Whole process was relatively quick and easy. If in the market for an Audi, or anything else they may have taken in trade, I would use this dealership again in the future. Ask for Elias ;-) More
