The folks there seem to be nice but communication is awful. The follow through is awful. Paid for an extended warranty and go to have tires rotated and wanted to charge to rotate the spare in. At the end of December 2025 I traded in my Volkswagen and purchased a brand new Ranger. By March It had multiple issues. (Power windows, AC/Heat, and defroster stopped working, scratched glass on inside of i purchased a brand new Ranger. By March It had multiple issues. (Power windows, AC/Heat, and defroster stopped working, scratched glass on inside of instrument cluster, and strange noise from steering column). Truck was in service for over 2 weeks with unsatisfactory updates or service. I sold it back to the dealership at a loss. Bad experience altogether would not conduct business with Southern again.
