I was told the recall would take 2-21/2 hours. I dropped the car off at 9 and was told at 1:00 it was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up, I am 5 minutes away and waited an hour and 15 minu I dropped the car off at 9 and was told at 1:00 it was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up, I am 5 minutes away and waited an hour and 15 minutes so I had to have a neighbor drive me because I had to pick up my kids from school. I sent multiple texts asking where the shuttle was because I needed to pick up my kids and it took 40 minutes for a response. I was not informed there would be a delay. My car was not finished, the cover was not closed and there was a wire unconnected and dangling when I picked it up. I tracked my car and saw it was not serviced until 2 hours after I dropped it off and it was obviously finished earlier because the car was extremely hot from sitting in the sun. When I arrived to pick it up it took 10 minutes to get my car delivered to me. The whole experience was infuriating and the lack of concern was noticed. I seriously have no desire to bring my car back here or buy another car here. (BTW we bought 2 last year) so these are the experiences that get repeated instead of even receiving moderate service, I honestly don’t even know if the recall was completed because I was not provided any paperwork. Treat your customers with respect and keep them updated if there is a delay. I had no idea my car would be gone all day and had my kids waiting for me to pick them up because it took so long. The driver apparently came to pick me up after I had to ask my neighbor to drive me I have pictures of how my car was delivered and you should have a record of the text messages, if not I do. More

This is the 2nd visit to this dealership where we felt the quality of experience was lacking, specifically of the technicians. We brought in our vehicle for battery charging issues and it would seem the a the quality of experience was lacking, specifically of the technicians. We brought in our vehicle for battery charging issues and it would seem the alternator would have been one of the first items checked. We took it in to another mechanic who was able to diagnose this right away. We were charged a diagnostic fee, which yielded an incorrect conclusion. This was extremely disappointing and we will more than likely not be coming back, or recommending this dealership to others. We brought our vehicle to you, based on our trust with your dealership, where we originally purchased our vehicle. More
