I asked about a $12 mistake as I was not charged enough. Rather than say oh thanks for pointing it out they made sure I paid. My last service there I wouldn't even give a zero rating. I bought my 2014 Chevy Cruz from them and have appreciated the ease of purchase, the only place I take for maintenance, and even my daughter has bought a car from Kearns. Expensive dealership with poor customer service unless you're rich and not blue collar worker. Brought vehicles there for service and expect to be placed on bottom of priority list to clients who have fan you're rich and not blue collar worker. Brought vehicles there for service and expect to be placed on bottom of priority list to clients who have fancier vehicles. Waited 10 days for a brake job that I had scheduled two weeks in advance and dealership ordered wrong parts and didn't provide me with loaner vehicle. Have spent my hard earned money here and got treated very poorly, 0 out of 10 would recommend, finding a different dealership with better customer service! More
