Expensive dealership with poor customer service unless you're rich and not blue collar worker. Brought vehicles there for service and expect to be placed on bottom of priority list to clients who have fan you're rich and not blue collar worker. Brought vehicles there for service and expect to be placed on bottom of priority list to clients who have fancier vehicles. Waited 10 days for a brake job that I had scheduled two weeks in advance and dealership ordered wrong parts and didn't provide me with loaner vehicle. Have spent my hard earned money here and got treated very poorly, 0 out of 10 would recommend, finding a different dealership with better customer service! More

I just want to say a special thank you to Liz, Tommy, and Kiefer for making things right with my truck that I purchased from Kerns.
