The quality of the work done to replace a defective part (under warranty) was great. They had the Jeep for about a week, which was really not an issue. My only minor complaint is that the representative k (under warranty) was great. They had the Jeep for about a week, which was really not an issue. My only minor complaint is that the representative kept overpromising on timelines. It would be much better if he’d been more circumspect about when the car would be ready. Three times he said it would “probably” be done on a certain day, and three times he was wrong. The repair takes how ever long it takes, and this is Avery minor issue. It’s just something I thought that management might want to know about in order to have staff manage expectations. I’m pretty easy going, so it didn’t rattle me, but I can see other people getting bent out of shape by getting incorrect info. Doing this potentially creates an issue where there doesn’t need to be one. I see this a lot, and it’s born from people. Really wanting to be helpful and not disappoint, so I know that his heart is in the right place. He was super friendly and responsive as well, so it was a good experience overall!. More
