Very nice salesman and staff but very unresponsive after purchase. I was waiting for running boards and bedliner to come in after leasing the vehicle. Was told 2 days, after day 8 I called the dealership an purchase. I was waiting for running boards and bedliner to come in after leasing the vehicle. Was told 2 days, after day 8 I called the dealership and spoke to the parts department which told me that my parts had been in and that I need to set up an appointment. No one called me to inform me that the parts had been in so I had to call back several times just for someone to set something up. Which then was told 3 possible days that were open and that someone would contact me shortly to confirm a date and time which has still yet to happen. More
