To explain my recent experience I got in contact with the manager Damien Axe. I had an issue with my truck and it needed to be serviced.. I even heard of how everyone in the dealership were involved in getting the problem resolved. That speaks very highly of everyone that works at John Heister of Sanford. Thank all of you guys for getting involved to help in every way possible. I appreciate each and every one of you guys. If anybody is looking for a great place to find a vehicle, this is the place. I asked for oil change and tire rotation and they only did the oil change. I also asked for tire install quote and they didn’t do that and didn’t acknowledge why it wasn’t done. Didn’t realize it wasn’t i did the oil change. I also asked for tire install quote and they didn’t do that and didn’t acknowledge why it wasn’t done. Didn’t realize it wasn’t in the stack of paperwork until I left. Also my jeep was ready and no one told me though they knew I was waiting in th lobby. I waited over a hour unnecessarily. They called me to say it was ready bough they knew I was in the lobby waiting. More

This is the first dealership that I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Tajh Hollingsworth was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely courteous and professional. He introduced me to many of his as to purchase a vehicle. Tajh Hollingsworth was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely courteous and professional. The dealership has always serviced my vehicle with utmost professionalism. I drive somewhat further away to come to this dealership instead using one that is closer - however, it is worth the drive.
