The staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. The facility shows its age and the parking lot is an obstacle course. I hear there are plans to address both and certainly the work will be disruptive but it needs to get done. The vehicle was in excellent condition upon delivery but for one item: somehow the rear (luggage) compartment protective cover had a small amount of caked dirt and dirt splatters, as though some muddy water dripped down it. A wet cloth and some elbow grease loosened it up and a vacuum picked up the remaining dry dirt. Very happy with the vehicle so far. More
