Went in for an oil change and two hours later was told that I needed other work done on the vehicle. What a farce that an oil change in a cabin filter would take almost 3 hours and of course $300. that I needed other work done on the vehicle. The dealership does a great job of communicating and setting expectations when it comes to servicing the vehicle.
