service is slow, unresponsive, and a bad experience. i would not recommend a Genisis to anyone due to the headache that the service department caused. AFter I paid for an alignment, the car still pull i would not recommend a Genisis to anyone due to the headache that the service department caused. AFter I paid for an alignment, the car still pulls to the right and I've been waiting on my request for a refund for over 2 weeks and have not heard anything. More
