WORST EXPERIENCE. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I went in to purchase a pre-owned Ram 2024 truck on 7/19/25. They advertised the price as $72,490. I Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I went in to purchase a pre-owned Ram 2024 truck on 7/19/25. They advertised the price as $72,490. I agreed to the price and advised plus $1,100 "Dealer Fee" plus Tax, Tag and Title. I advised that I had my own financing 60mo at 5.25%. The initial salesperson Joseph was nice but knew little after getting me to sit down and then brought in the "closer". Another man (bald, didn't get his name) "the closer" came and sat down and tried to add $1,900 to the vehicle for "VIN Etching and Lo-Jack" that their dealership "added". Mind you, the vehicle was on their lot 1 week. I also advised that I was looking at the same vehicle but new at a local dealer and they tried to add on the same package for $1,700 and they advised that "all of their trucks come with that Etching/Lo-Jack package". I told them to take off the "Etching/Lo-Jack package" as it was paid for by the initial owner of the truck and NOT installed by Largo Honda as they claimed. They finally took it off. They then said that tax on the $74,000 (after their "Dealer Fee" was $6,900. I advised that was off by over $2,500. He questioned why I thought that was the wrong amount and that their "computer" comes up with that amount. I pulled a calculator out and showed him that the sales tax should be $4,500. They then finally fixed this after some time. The final price of the vehicle "Out the Door" after Tax, Tag and Title was $78,300. I then signed the paper confirming the above. They then wanted to run my credit to see if they could beat the 5.25% I received for my own financing. I advised that I did not want to run another inquiry on my credit. They insisted that they could "beat" my pre-approved rate. They came back at 7.2% and said that if I wanted the vehicle at the agreed price of $78,300 "out the door" that I "HAD" to finance through their lender or the "deal was off". I then said this was beginning to look like a "bait and switch" and was unhappy. I asked what the "Cash" price was and he said "$3,000 more ($81,300) because they make money on the financing since the banks offer the dealership a lower rate (5%) and they offer a higher rate (7+%) and make 2%+ points off the "back end". Since I was planning to pay the vehicle off in 3 months I decided to move forward with the higher interest rate of 7.2% because the difference was about $40 on the monthly payment. ($120 over 3 mo.) Now I get to the "Finance Manager" Manny. He was a nice gentleman. He worked on the paperwork and said that they got me a 7.4% rate. I said that they offered me 7.2% on the showroom. He then said that I was able to get 7.09% (my credit score is an 830). He filled out all the paperwork and then took it to his "General Manager" Rolando Garcia to sign off. Rolando then said that they wanted me to finance another $1,200 for "Gap Insurance" or the "deal is off, take it or leave it". I was very upset but since I was paying the vehicle off in 3 mo. the extra $20/mo. was not a deal breaker though I was upset again by this tactic. After agreeing to the unnecessary "Gap Insurance" they were shoving down my throat and another contract being made up, Manny then took the contract to "General Manager" Rolando Garcia. He then came back with me having to finance $1,500 for "Lifetime Oil Changes". This was again a "Take it or leave it offer". I expressed that I was again very upset at these Bait and Switch tactics. Since I was paying the vehicle off in 3 mo. all these tactics added another $100 to the monthly payment. Since the initial price of the truck was good and the fact that I am paying the vehicle off in 3 mo., I made the decision to buy it despite the way I was treated. Manny the "Finance Manager" was apologetic for the "games that were being played" and the way I was treated. He seemed genuinely upset and actually embarrassed as stated as much. In short, RUN AWAY. Save yourself 4 hours of your life and the aggravation of being tr More
