Eric was great! We had popped in to Honda World earlier in the week because I wanted to look at a vehicle on the website. They didn’t have that vehicle at the time, We had popped in to Honda World earlier in the week because I wanted to look at a vehicle on the website. They didn’t have that vehicle at the time, so we got Eric’s card. I ended up seeing a different vehicle that I decided to look at and popped in late that evening. Eric happened to be there, however we had no idea he had just come back for something he left. He showed us the vehicle and let us test drive. We decided to talk about it. Eric was never pushy about any of the process! It was very smooth going through the finance department with Hans also! More

He went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met without judgement or hesitation, making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. We also had the pleasure of working with the General Manager, Heath Riggins, who was equally friendly, professional, and accommodating. His customer‑first approach truly stood out. Having purchased the majority of my previous vehicles from a different dealership in Little Rock (6 in total), I can confidently say I will not be returning there. Thanks to the remarkable service from Eric and Heath, I now have a new loyalty to Honda World. Their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction has earned my highest recommendation. More

Eric Bostick was excellent. He returned calls promptly and went above and beyond in making my purchase. He responded and took care of concerns when negotiating the final price o He returned calls promptly and went above and beyond in making my purchase. He responded and took care of concerns when negotiating the final price of the vehicle. He is an example for others to follow. However I had a very negative experience with Hans in the finance department both in telephone conversation and in person. He became rude and brusk when additional products or services were declined. All of the electronic documents signed the day before had to be repeated in his office. All of the paperwork was supposed to have been completed when I arrived. Instead I was left waiting 30 minutes outside his office. I asked how to register the vehicle? I asked how the payments were to be set up? He responded curtly I would receive information in the mail. Dealing with Hans was an unpleasant ending to my purchase. Hopefully he will gain skills dealing with the public. More
