Eric was very helpful. There was a problem with the final numbers at the closing and it took some time to straighten it out. I was sold a service contract which I knew not There was a problem with the final numbers at the closing and it took some time to straighten it out. I was sold a service contract which I knew nothing about. Every number on the closing statement should be gone over with the customer, especially the agreed out-the-door cost of the car. The statement was very confusing and nowhere stated the service contract. I hope they weren't trying to pull a fast one and this was an over site. I do believe the car is a good fit and I'm happy the problem was resolved. More
