I took my car in for service for a noise I was hearing. It took a few times to figure out what was causing the noise. I was given a loaner while they diagnosed the problem. I was very annoyed as the system had the wrong vehicle noted. I have told the dealership numerous times that I do not own the 2022 Tucson. The only vehicle should be the 2019 Tucson.i was told I had 4 re noted. I have told the dealership numerous times that I do not own the 2022 Tucson. The only vehicle should be the 2019 Tucson.i was told I had 4 recalls which when after investigating that it was the 2022.Also the oil change record was wrong showing 2023. I waited for 1 & 1/2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. So, I did not have a good experience. I had a frustrating time. More
