Eric was pleasant, helpful and easy to talk to. The visit did take a bit longer than usual, but the new waiting area is comfortable. He did mention additional recommendations, but since I was check The visit did take a bit longer than usual, but the new waiting area is comfortable. He did mention additional recommendations, but since I was checking out, we agreed to do at my next check i.e. 60K miles. My one suggestion is it would have been helpful to have those listed on the invoice itself as I was checking out. Yes, prices have gone up sadly, but I trust this dealership to tell me the truth, and to do a good job. More

From the minute the appt was made for the the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection it was a series of mis-steps. We rec'd several calls and emails saying the appt was at 9, no it was at 9:30, no it is a tire rotation, and inspection it was a series of mis-steps. We rec'd several calls and emails saying the appt was at 9, no it was at 9:30, no it is at 9, now at 8. Several separate messages with conflicting times. After calling it was determined the appt was at 9 am. After 90-minutes someone came out and told my husband the oil change and tire rotation was done but the car failed inspection due to a "bad" passenger side windshield wiper blade. Why on earth would you not have replaced the blade and completed the inspection? They sent him on his way - he had to pick me up at the airport. He replaced the blade himself and took the care back at which time they passed the inspection. Why - was the blade not replaced on the spot and the vehicle passed inspection? It is the most ridiculous thing ever ! NOT good customer service. More
