Scott Schuler is a long time dear and trusted friend of the family. I called him when I was pretty much at my wits end about prior service experiences at other dealerships. I had already made up my mind my next purchase would be a GMC. I just need a few more months out of my current vehicle. He introduced me to Emily in service, the service manager and later to Eric in Sales. Such a warm welcome. Emily went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and secure knowing my SUV was in good hands. It was also a pleasant surprise to see Justin in Service too. He’s great. The work was completed as promised. The entire experience made me feel like I finally came home. Looking forward to many years of trusting in Starling GMC! More
