Bought our Acadia at Raceway chevy, it had immediate transmission issues. They worked on transmission several different times, but still had the same issue. We took back several times and they couldn't transmission issues. They worked on transmission several different times, but still had the same issue. We took back several times and they couldn't replicate the issue while the vehicle is still under warranty. Finally we got tired of it and afraid the car would leave us stranded and decided to trade it in. While raceway was doing the road test, guess what they found? The transmission issue we complained about for months. They wanted to deduct that issue off our trade in. We brought up maybe contacting a lawyer about this issue and Travis made it crystal clear that they dont like the L word around there and we'd be flat out stuck with our transmission issue and the transaction would be conducted differently. We asked several times if they'll just fix the transmission and Travis said they would NOT replace the transmission because it'll cost too much for them. We then made the poor decision to trade our car in on a down graded vehicle and have double the car payment. Well, come to find out via CarFax they replaced the transmission and sold the vehicle a month later. This is called deceptive business practices, they wouldn't honor our vehicle warranty, accepted the trade in on faulty vehicle, denied fixing it for us, then proceeded to replace transmission and sold the vehicle a month later for financial benefits towards them. I would never recommend Travis or RaceWay chevy to anyone EVER. More

Tried to get Raceway to fix our transmission under warranty. They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue. Went to trade car in and while doing the road test they finally recognized the transmission warranty. They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue.
