Eric told us that they could mail us the license plate when it comes in, but that was not true. Left Eric two voicemails while we were waiting on license plate because it was taking so long and he never returned either call. Received the post card in the mail that our license plate was in and when I called to ask them to mail it to us the lady said they do not do that. More

The service department seems to be ok. They are a little pricey but so are most shops. The used car sales team is very dishonest and will hide the truth if there is a problem. They gave me the expected two key fobs after we signed the deal. One of the fobs was for a different car. When I returned it they thanked me but told me I was xxxx out of luck because they didn't have a second fob for my car and wouldn't make one for me. I went elsewhere to obtain a fob and vow to never give them any of my business again. More
