The mechanical part of my visit was ok. The overall experience needs work. I never got phone updates like you get when you wait for your vehicle. I had to chase down status. In addition to performing the repair and maintenance that I requested, they went far above and beyond by also replacing a nonfunctioning TPMS sensor free of charge (normally a $500 job)! The free loaner vehicle they provided while the work was being performed was another welcome bonus. Our car is running beautifully again - we are very glad to have entrusted it to such good hands!
