I took my car in for regular maintenance and Erica was my
advisor. She has excellent communication skills, anticipated my concerns and answered them with honest answers. She let me know what needed done now

The car wash service was unavailable and Erica told me that I could bring my car back in later when the car wash service was fixed, which I appreciated because getting the car washed is a nice perk when getting service. Erica has a sweet spirit about her, is knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. It was a delight working with Erica and I hope she is there every time I take my car in for service.
