Everything went well with our deal and we’re happy with the new BMW. My only complaint is that we were supposed to have a BMW “specialist”(?) call a couple days after our purchase but that seems to have fa the new BMW. The gentleman’s name is Tyler and he DID text me about going over features and such for the car. However, I briefly explained that I bought the car for my wife and she is the primary user and it would be more beneficial to please go over these things with her. I gave Tyler her phone number and he never reached out. My wife has since called the dealership to try to get ahold of him but has thus far been unsuccessful. She would like to learn the cars features more in depth but so far we’re on our own to work things out. More

Ryan took ownership even when there were delays that were entirely out of his control, and immediately took steps to quickly resolve issues. I appreciate his integrity. Once my car arrived, he promised to make the reveal experience in store extra special, and he did! It was perfectly done, and seeing my car unveiled, all that long wait was worth it! Our experience was exceptionally fast, efficient and professional. We felt that each person we dealt with was concerned that we have all our questions answered fully.
