I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle at Volkswagen. From start to finish, everyone was incredible. Earnest, our sales guy, Angel the sales manager, and Jeff Thompson were all new vehicle at Volkswagen. From start to finish, everyone was incredible. Earnest, our sales guy, Angel the sales manager, and Jeff Thompson were all so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I came in with a specific list of what I needed, and they went above and beyond to find me a new vehicle that met all of my criteria and stayed within my budget. You can truly tell they know what they’re doing and care about their customers. I live in Kissimmee and would 100% make the drive again just to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I’m even talking to my mother-in-law about getting her next car here too. I absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free, honest, and professional car-buying experience.
