Overview of the worst experience I've ever had during a purchase. During the purchasing process I made it clear that I needed to ship the vehicle to Hawaii. After coming to a conclusion on a final price out the door for the vehicle they said that they would ship it for me for 7k, I told them they didn't need to because I already had a quote for 5600. They came back and told me that they would match my quote and still ship it for me, so I said ok, what can go wrong. Everything went wrong. The moment I sent the dealership $26,500 for the down payment everything went sideways. The dealership refused to send the truck!!! They started pushing the shipping date further and further out. Every time I talked to them the date would change. One day it was the 6th then the 9th then the 18th. Then the dealership started doing weird things with the numbers on the bill of sale, and that made a difference to me because I needed to pay taxes on the numbers that were on the bill of sale when they arrived in Hawaii. This dealership refused to change the numbers on the bill of sale and the registration paperwork so much so that they threatened to cancel the deal after all the paperwork was signed, I can start the truck from my phone and I have all the documents to prove it. The sales manager called me telling me that he didn't like my attitude because I was upset that they weren't shipping my truck. Sales manager canceled the deal and kept the truck, so they canceled the deal but they're refusing to send my $26,500 back to me. I asked them to send my money back as a wire transfer, the same way that I sent them the money but they refused. This dealership is nothing but a headache do not do business with them you will regret it. I called the dealership Manager, she did not answer, I left her a message, but no call back. More

I was NOT disappointed with choosing Paradise based on this site and Google reviews. The communication from Esme, Coby, and ultimately Devin was phenomenal. Devin was a fantastic listener and respected my time. I knew what I was looking for, and when he shared he didn't have it, he explained next steps clearly and made sure to not have me drive out before he had more information for me. Devin was fantastically knowledgeable about all trims of the Traverse, explained and demoed the features, and gave very candid feedback that led me to leave in a vehicle that even more strongly aligned with my needs, wants, and spending comfort. He blended real life experience with this vehicle with his sales acumen to really help me feel prepared to make such a monumental decision. He was easy to talk to, applied just the right of pressure when I was on the fence about features in a very consultative (not pushy sales) approach. Devin made a lifelong customer this week, and I would absolutely recommend him and the Paradise team to anyone else looking to purchase! As a female buyer who has been ignored and pushed aside for my husband when looking, Devin followed my lead and treated me like the true decision maker and buyer that I was. He included my husband in conversation, but he directed the detailed questions to me, which I absolutely appreciated. He did it all right, which I absolutely took note of!
