I recently bought a 2020 F350 from a Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi about 3 weeks ago and asked about a second key. They said they did not have a second key but would try and look for it. While with the sales representative Steve Glynn he called the previous owner on speaker and the owner confirmed he did infact give them 2 keys when the vehicle was traded in. When I asked about the second key again he said he would get me a key made and it was written on sheet of what they owe the customer. He told me to call him the following Monday, which I did but did not get a response. After multiple attempts to contact him, he is not responding to any of my phone calls or text messages. When I call the dealer I am getting hung up on while all I wanted was the second key I was promised. It's funny because when I was working with another sale person named Mustafa I believe he hold me a second key was already made for me since they have a guy who makes keys go to the facility frequently. More
