Overall, it was a great customer experience on my part. As for the 2023 Honda Civic, a truly is a thing of beauty it certainly is wider than its predecessor, and it has so many practical and entertaining features within. Civics have come such a long way from what they used to be many, many moons ago. They are very much sedans today. Again, thank you to Simon and Kim for the great customer service you both provided. Beware of doing business with this dealer. Our experience was very frustrating when we purchased a 2021 used Honda Accord. This car was delivered with a broken defroster that was damaged by the dealer during was very frustrating when we purchased a 2021 used Honda Accord. This car was delivered with a broken defroster that was damaged by the dealer during removal of the limo tinted window film. A fix that should have taken 2 weeks took nearly 3 months. During this period we called the dealer to get a status on the repair. Our calls were rarely returned by our salesman and the used car manager never returned our calls. Our complaint to the General Sales manager and dealer principal were ignored. This dealer does not value their customers after purchase. It appears that in this current market there is no such thing as good customer service. More
