The car had not been detailed. The engine bay was dirty and just not ready for sale. They made good money off of me but I wanted the car. I normally don't like going to dealerships because I always felt pressured, as they would try to sell you something you weren't even interested in. This place turned my opinion around, I was approached always felt pressured, as they would try to sell you something you weren't even interested in. This place turned my opinion around, I was approached by the most friendly, no pressure young man, who put up with what I wanted in regards to trying out vehicles based on ease of getting in and out of the vehicle. I didn't want to just test drive anything unless I was really interested in it, he even brought a car from their Tacoma dealership for me to look at, and when I decided on a vehicle that I really liked and bought, he even offered to have it delivered to my home, if necessary. I really appreciated him, what a great salesman, and I wish him the best of luck in his career! More
