Worst experience if I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning was presented by lies. Showed up for finance the next day and sales person was not there showed up for delivery the following day From the beginning was presented by lies. Showed up for finance the next day and sales person was not there showed up for delivery the following day after being told it was ready and he showed up 30 minutes late and the car was not ready and inspection sticker was not done. I am coming from a different dealership where customer service is a priority but unfortunately imperial Toyota does not. More
