Hello my name is Ferdinand but you can call me BONG, it's easier for me to pronounce and easier for you to remember. I grew up in the Philippines until 9 years old and then moved to Guam until 18. I moved to good ol Bay Area to pursue higher education. I have been in sales since my college days from selling Cutco knives door to door, selling women's shoes at Nordstrom and being in mortgage and real estate field selling and buying homes. Through the more than 30 years of being in sales. I have learned one important lesson. That lesson is to talk less and listen more. I'm here to listen to your wants and needs and hopefully in that process I can earn your trust and eventually your business. Wife and I came by after visiting friends in the area. We were greeted by Mr. Bong Benitez. From the start, we let him know we were just looking. Mr. Benitez was more than happy to accommodate.
